A good indication of the quality of service a company provides is the number of customers that come back time and again.

We are a young organisation and celebrated our fifth birthday in the autumn of 2007. Young organisations traditionally experience low levels of repeat business as most clients will be new as the company builds up a portfolio of customers as it grows.

In our first year 59% of the recruitment undertaken by sevenhr for clients was on a repeat basis. 4 years later and it's now consistently at 65%. We hope you agree that these results are a good indication of the quality of service we provide and the relationships we build as a result.
