A score at 85% and over is 'Outstanding', anything from 71% to 85% is 'Very Good'. We aim to be 'Outstanding' in everything we do.
Anyone who receives service from sevenhr and marks us as ‘satisfactory' is highlighting an area of concern for us and we immediately implement further training and development to rectify the problem.
