Our Client Relations function is dedicated to understanding the specific needs and expectations of individuals and then measuring our success in meeting and exceeding these.
Additionally, Client Relations is responsible for helping smooth out the integration process that new employees experience when joining a client organisation. We achieve this through a structured eight week follow-up programme where we are in regular contact with both parties to gather feedback, discuss their progress and ensure that expectations are met on both sides.
