This can be difficult to manage candidates as they have reservations regarding what role they are actually being put forward for and so a large element of risk is involved with the recruitment process.
This particular position involved a two stage recruitment process, including an assessment centre. We advised candidates that they would need to portray their true qualities highlighting lots of energy, intelligence and their personal career objectives. The candidate was offered and accepted within a day.
