Fenmarc

The Feedback

"I have been in contact with a number of agencies who are not interested in listening to me or what I wanted. This consultant was different. He listened and related what I wanted to relevant roles. He looked at my achievements and latched on to my aspirations."

"He was patient (as this was a long process), set realistic expectations and always kept in mind what I wanted in a role and a company. At no point was I kept in the dark. The consultant always called me back on the same day, which was spot on, I can't fault him!"

"I was relying heavily on the consultant to get me information and I felt that I was provided with robust background info and additionally he discussed in detail any questions I may get asked in interview."

"sevenhr is far superior. Your business model is very professional. Previous companies had been extremely irritating, not calling back etc. and I personally question their ethics. Yours is brilliant – just keep doing what you are doing!"

Nick Burton - Successful Candidate

"I like doing things the old school way – looking at things other than just what's on a bit of paper. The consultant understood what we wanted, dealt with things quickly, listened and delivered the right solution."

"The consultant was open and fair from the outset. He answered all the queries very quickly and was excellent all the way through. The profiles provided were like gold dust - a real extra. He was clear about the candidate's strengths and weaknesses and didn't hide anything."

"Sevenhr are a joy to work with. They are able to get under the skin of the business, do away with red tape and you know that the consultant that you start working with is the consultant that you close the deal with too."

Peter Coupland, Site Leader, Fenmarc

The Challenge

Fenmarc are a medium sized fresh produce company based in Cambridgeshire, predominantly serving the needs of a major multiple retailer.

As a business they are very focussed on their employees and have a track record of recruiting people with a similar outlook. They are also keen to adopt a World Class Manufacturing approach.

Fenmarc needed to recruit someone with an outlook that mirrored the company, that was capable of understanding World Class Manufacturing and able to develop their people in order to take the organisation forward.

The Site Leader, Peter Coupland, had become dispirited by consultancies that hadn't understood his requirements and therefore had provided unsuitable candidates for the role.
