The Challenge

Following two successful assignments, sevenhr were asked by a large international dairy product manufacturer to carry out a recruitment assignment for two technical account managers, within strict timescales.

Suitable candidates needed to:

be successful quality or technical professionals,
possess excellent customer-facing skills,
and be fluent in French.

The Solution

Due to the specific requirements of these positions, a highly-targeted and structured approach was necessary.
Candidates from French food businesses within the London area, and chilled and ambient food businesses in the southeast were targeted.
As candidates with technical backgrounds with a commercial focus are relatively rare, a very wide range of people was approached.
Within the allotted timescales, sevenhr filled both posts successfully with candidates with the required qualifications and attributes, including one French national.
