
This month we have launched our Consultancy business - offering tailor-made solutions to help businesses develop and retain their talent. We took this step in response to our white paper findings that HR professionals were critical of the ‘love ‘em & leave ‘em' approach of many recruitment agencies. Demonstrating our commitment to the long-term success of recruits we first established our Client Relations team to ensure a candidate's success post placement. Our Consultancy support is the natural progression.
The division is led by Ally Clarke, formerly of PwC, who has experience of HR change programmes, communications, training, recruitment and executive coaching. Ally's extensive skills, supported by the technical expertise in the team mean that we can work with clients throughout the employee lifecycle: attracting scarce talent, managing employee performance and assessing and developing current staff.

Noticing a trend in clients wanting to fill vacancies at a faster pace we spent the end of 2003 researching how we could provide a service which leads to more timely placements whilst protecting quality and choice.
