Year 1: £14,000 to £16,000 (£20,000 OTE)

This scheme is open to any one with little or no experience of recruitment – we take on non-graduates as well.

But then again you will not put on a theoretical or administrative development program with little customer or candidate contact. You will be interviewing, selling, advertising, and managing client relationships. We recruit people into real jobs and this means real experience with real prospects.
