Research provides the foundation for everything that we do and is an integral part of the success of our business. And we are looking for dedicated people to join our close knit department.

We work as an extension of the recruitment teams within sevenhr, sourcing, providing and developing information to pass on a greater understanding of markets and people to our Consultants and clients.

Using various different methods and information tools, we are responsible for ensuring that we find the best people in the market. Our job is all about quality. So whether it is finding a new Director for our client or simply gathering the most up to date information to assist our candidates in their quest for the right role for them, it’s our job to make sure that things happen.

This role provides you with an opportunity to make a difference across the whole of the consumer market sector and develop your understanding whilst taking on a new and different challenge each day.

A researcher needs to have tenacity, enthusiasm, good organisational skills and a clear focus on the task in hand. They must enjoy offering solutions to problems, seeing a project through from start to finish and be completely professional at all times. A background in research is not essential - it’s more about you as a person.
